ALTA LABS S12 Cloud-Managed 12-Port SFP+ 10Gbps Switch

The ALTA LABS S12 is a managed distribution switch with 12 SFP+ ports. Each port runs at 1, 2.5, 5 or 10Gbps over fibre or copper.

The switch is designed for business and institutional networks: offices, hotels, restaurants, venues, residential complexes and Pro AV projects. It works as an aggregation switch that connects access switches, access points and storage equipment, and lets you use VLANs, bandwidth limiting and 802.1X authentication without complex configuration.

Management is done in the Alta Labs cloud and in the mobile app, and the initial setup is done over Bluetooth. The switch can be mounted on a wall or in a 1U rack, and an optional bracket lets you connect two switches in the same 1U space.

• Flexible mounting - Wall and 1U rack ears are included, with the toolless Rackstuds DUO system, and an optional bracket connects two switches in 1U.
• Site-to-site VPN - Together with Alta Labs Route10 routers, a high-speed site-to-site VPN connection can be built.
