| Revew | VIGI InSight S355 5MP 2.8mm Bullet IP CameraThe VIGI InSight S355 is an outdoor 5MP (2880x1620) bullet network camera from the TP-Link InSight series, suited to businesses, shops, warehouses, parking areas and homes. Its fixed 2.8 mm F1.6 lens gives a wide field of view, and two infrared LEDs plus two white LEDs reach up to 30 m, so the camera can deliver a color picture even in the dark. The camera classifies humans and vehicles to filter out false alarms, deters intruders with sound and light, and supports two-way talk through its built-in microphone and speaker. It takes power and data over a single network cable (PoE), records to a microSD card of up to 512GB or to an NVR, and its metal housing is rated IP67 against water and dust.
Key features- 5MP and 24/7 full color - 2880x1620 resolution with a progressive scan CMOS sensor. Two IR LEDs and two white LEDs with a 30 m range and 0.005 lux minimum illumination.
- Human and vehicle detection - Human and vehicle classification cuts down false alarms, and People & Vehicle Analytics lets you search recordings by attributes of people and vehicles when used with VIGI software.
- Smart events - Intrusion, line crossing, region entering and exiting, abandoned or removed objects, loitering, abnormal sound and scene change detection, in addition to motion and tampering detection.
- Active defense and two-way audio - Sound and light alarms deter unwanted visitors, and the built-in microphone picks up sound within about 5 m, with a speaker for talking through the camera.
- Clear picture in any light - 120 dB True WDR with BLC, HLC, 3D DNR and Smart IR balances bright and dark areas, prevents glare and reduces image noise.
- Simple installation and durability - Power over a single network cable (PoE 802.3af/at) or 12V DC, an IP67 metal housing, H.265+ compression, ONVIF support and management in the VIGI app or VIGI software.
