The Asus PRIME B840M-K is a Micro ATX motherboard for AMD socket AM5, based on the AMD B840 chipset and supporting Ryzen 9000, 8000 and 7000 processors up to 170W. It has two DDR5 slots for up to 128GB with AMD EXPO support and OC speeds of 8000+MT/s.

Storage is handled by two M.2 PCIe 4.0 x4 slots and four SATA ports, and networking by a Realtek 2.5Gb controller. An 8+2+1 digital power design, a VRM heatsink, Addressable RGB Gen 2 headers and Q-LED diagnostics make it a reliable base for a home or office PC.
