Alta Labs S48-APOE 48-Port PoE+ Managed Switch

The Alta Labs S48-APOE is a rack-mountable managed switch with 48 Ethernet ports, all with 802.3at PoE+: 32 ports at 1Gbps and 16 ports at 2.5Gbps. Four SFP+ ports provide uplinks of up to 10Gbps.

The total PoE budget is 740W, with up to 30W per port, enough to power access points, cameras and phones. The switch is managed through the Alta Labs cloud in the mobile app or a web browser, and initial setup can also be done over Bluetooth.

• Performance - 240Gbps switching capacity, 120Gbps non-blocking throughput, a 16Mbit packet buffer and a 32K MAC table.
• Cloud and app management - Remote management through the Alta Labs cloud in the app or a browser, with a dashboard, multi-site management and Bluetooth setup.
• Advanced networking - VLAN stacking (Q-in-Q), ingress and egress rate limiting, IGMP snooping, 802.1X authentication and network loop detection.
• Flexible mounting - Rack ears for rack or wall mounting and the Rackstud DUO tool-less rackmount system, an internal power supply and fan cooling.
